Hydra island is a rocky hill in the Aegean sea. Although it does not posses much of golden beaches, the rocky shores present their own charm. The waters are cool and calm. The climb to the top of a hill is very stiff, but the whitewashed walkways, the full view of the town and the quiet blue ocean give a great reward once you reach the top. There is no room for traffic jam as there is no car available anywhere in the island. The transportation is only through the donkeys, another thing that makes the island more interesting.
